Our delivery team can assemble your bed in your chosen room for a minimal additional charge. You may also arrange your own fitters if preferred.

Please ensure clear access through doorways, hallways and staircases. Our delivery drivers are not insured to work inside customer premises beyond ground floor level.
Missing or Damaged Items
If any boxes are missing please record this with the courier before accepting remaining boxes.Contact us immediately with details and we will resolve it promptly.
After Delivery
Keep all original packaging until you are completely satisfied with your order. You will need packaging if a collection is arrange.
