Will it fit?
The headboard is one piece, 137cm tall. Before ordering, measure stairs, landings, turns and doorways, and allow about 20cm extra for manoeuvring.
Tight access? Choose the Split Headboard option. It comes in two parts and is joined in your room.
Ottoman version: the storage area has no floor panel and the bed sits on the base rather than on feet.

Assembly service
£80, or FREE on orders over £900. Add it in the options above.
Our team carries the bed to your room, builds it, and takes the packaging away.
Assembling it yourself? Full instructions are included. We can't accept responsibility for damage caused during carrying or self-assembly.
Before you order
Measure your stairs, landings and doorways, allowing an extra 20cm. If access is tight, choose the Split Headboard option.
Your property needs to be accessible by a large delivery vehicle (approx. 7.5 tonnes). Tell us when ordering if you need a smaller one.
If delivery can't be completed because of access, a fee of up to 50% per item may apply.
Missed deliveries, and cancellations on the day or after booking, incur a £70 charge.
The headboard is one solid piece, 137cm tall, so please measure your stairs, landings, turns and doorways before ordering, allowing about 20cm extra to manoeuvre it. If access is tight, choose the Split Headboard option. It arrives in two parts and is joined in your room. Not sure? Send us a photo of your stairs on WhatsApp and we'll check it for you.
What are the exact dimensions?
Single 114 × 219cm • Small Double 143 × 212cm • Double 156 × 212cm • King 174 × 220cm • Super King 204 × 220cm. The headboard is 137cm tall on every size. These are outer frame sizes, approx. £4cm, as each bed is handmade
What's the difference between the slatted base and the ottoman?
The slatted base sits on turned wooden feet (about 13.5cm), leaving open space under the bed. With the ottoman gas-lift, the mattress platform lifts up to reveal storage underneath. The bed sits directly on the floor, without feet, and the storage area has no floor panel, so items rest on your carpet for maximum depth.
Is a mattress included?
No, the bed frame is sold without a mattress. You can add one in the options above. The Venus takes any UK standard size mattress.
Can I see the fabric before I order?
Yes. Colours vary from screen to screen, so we recommend ordering free fabric samples. They arrive within ___ working days and let you see and feel the fabric in your own light.
How long does delivery take?
Every Venus is made to order. Delivery is usually within 7-14 working days, and free to most UK mainland postcodes. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery slot before dispatch.
Do you assemble the bed?
Our assembly service is available as an add-on in the options above. Our team will build the bed in your room and take the packaging away. If you'd rather build it yourself, the Venus is straightforward to assemble, and full instructions are included.

Why upgrade to Ottoman Storage?
An ottoman storage bed features a lift-up base that reveals a spacious hidden compartment underneath the mattress - perfect for UK homes where maximising bedroom space matters. Powered by a reinforced gas-lift mechanism, the mattress platform raises smoothly and safely from either the foot-end or side, staying securely in position while you access the storage below. Whether you're storing bedding, clothing or seasonal items, our ottoman beds combine everyday comfort with effortless, practical storage in one elegant design.
Note:If you select the ottoman gas lift mechanism, please be aware that the bed does not come with a floor to place the items on, it shall be a hollow space underneath the mattress. The ottoman featured bed shall have no feet unlike the wooden slats base version.
Why add a Mattress?
Developed after years of customer feedback, our Orthopaedic Medium Firm Open Coil Mattress delivers the perfect balance of comfort and support. Beautifully finished in luxury soft-touch fabric with premium fillings, 12.5 gauge extra-strength springs for long-lasting durability and memory foam for ultimate comfort - everything you need for a great night's sleep, delivered with your bed in one order.
Note: cover fabrics may vary slightly from photos.

Really pleased with my bed, gorgeous material & well made, photos don't do it justice, slightly lighter than the way it looks in photo. LOVE it!!!

I don't usually write reviews, but this handmade upholstered bed honestly impressed me. The attention to detail is clear-solid feel, high-quality fabric. The headboard has just the right amount of padding, making it really comfortable to lean against.
It feels strong and stable, with no squeaks, and it's given my bedroom a much more finished, cozy look. You can tell it was made with care. I'm really happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

It was just what I wanted! Had ordered samples from tonnes of places as I was looking for a cream bed, this was the only place whose samples matched the images online! The only place where cream meant cream! Was really really easy to put together (literally slot the sides on and tighten). Only thing i will say is despite measuring, the headboard would not fit up my stairs, we ended up having a cut a chunk out of the banisters and hallway ceiling!) Triple check and measure every single part incl how the length will affect the angles.

It's our pleasure to have your custom Camilla.
In love with my new bed!! It has a very luxurious feel and the quality of the bed is fantastic. Only issue I had were the instructions to build the bed. They weren’t very clear and had to follow a video I found online.
Very nice bed and fairly easy to put together. The headboard is very generous in height and the gas lift makes it easy to get to the storage area. We decided not to use the base for the storage under the mattress so items are on the carpet to maximise this space. Nice to have the option of a base though. Delivery men were polite. Customer service on the phone also polite. 1 star off 5 as we were given less than 24 hours notice for delivery 2-4pm on a Saturday. A phone call to agree a date before despatch would be helpful.
Bed delivered super quick & the delivery men were great. I ordered a super king but never measured my staircase quite right and had to cut away some of the banister so just keep that in mind when ordering. The bed is amazing quality I highly recommend! X
The team were so helpful and delivered our bed so quickly ! The bed is beautiful and the quality is just amazing !! What a great experience with great product, I would highly recommend anyone to buy with lorinzer living
Excellent communication with both the company and couriers. Delivery was a little unorthodox as the parts were delivered in plastic rather than boxes, but the delivery men were very efficient. Bed is lovely and just what I was looking for and goes together very quickly, but the slats sit loosely on the frame and do clank a little bit if you get on at the very foot or head of the bed. Overall very pleased and would recommend- the look of the bed at this price was hard to find.
Amazing service and ensured i had pre xmas delivery. Really made up with the bed, searched everywhere for this style and all prices were more than i wanted to spend. Really good quality for unbeatable price. Will definitely recommend.
I bought a bed from here after reading such great reviews and my experience has been no exception to that. I had my bedroom painted and wanted to replace my bed so emailed if I could have a specific delivery date which they worked hard to make possible for me and customer service was excellent. My bed arrived early that morning and even was assembled (I requested this so if you want it then maybe worth an ask!) and the delivery men were speedy and did a great job putting it together. Really really pleased and would highly recommend this company! For reference, I ordered a small double with cream linen and under storage. Thank you!!
Over the moon with my new bed! I was skeptical on purchasing from a smaller company but saw all of the great reviews and I’m so pleased with the quality of the bed. We built it ourselves and it was easy to build, well packaged and the quality is fantastic. Highly recommend!
We have never ordered a bed online before. A friend mentioned this company, we are glad we bought this bed.
Customer service has been amazing to say the least. Messages are replied in prompt manner. Fabric samples came pretty quick too.
The bed is just great, exactly what we envisaged.
Very happy customers here!
stunning STUNNING bed😍 so so pleased with it, everything i could’ve wanted! my only downside is the ottoman storage isn’t very deep due to the black lining, you lose about half the storage space which is a shame so not ideal with someone hoping to use it for +++ storage, but otherwise absolutely perfect! and amazing quick responses from customer sales team on instagram and online chat! would deffo order again :))) x
Stunning bed. Love the colour and classic design, timeless and looks beautiful. Communication regarding delivery spot on really handy Saturday delivery.
Bedframe is just the way I imagined it would look in my bedroom. Glad I choose this website. Had a pleasant experience and weekend delivery was very convenient too.
Cannot even explain how helpful this team is. I changed my mind on this bed frame on the Monday morning after ordering it the Tuesday before, they had the new bed I had decided on was delivered 3 days later. Driver was great and bed delivered no problems. Thankyou very much !
Love the bed, wasn’t so simple to put together we had to go and buy screws as some were missing but other than that cannot fault the bed looks amazing and exactly as we want!

The bed is beautiful. Wanted minimalist style bed, and found just what we wanted. Can't rate the service high enough, ordering messaging and delivery has been seamless.
Came across this website whilst looking for a bed for our new flat. The bed we ordered, exceeded my expectations. Well made and just the right shade of cream.
Definitely recommend this company.
Love my new bed! Fitting service at the time lf delivery was brilliant.
Bed arrived within 8days!
Material is just the right shade of cream for me.
Storage mechanism and workmanship is top rated i would say.
Very happy with the bed. Fabric is just the right shade that I wanted. Linen fabric is the one I would recommend. Email and messages were answered promptly.
Bed is gorgeous. The men who assembled the bed however did make a few scuffs and dents on our wall. Which we had newly decorated. just something to be aware of, may be better to do it yourself if you want extra car taken
Absolutely gorgeous bed! The customer service was fab and the delivery team went above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company and we would most certainly use again!
My only critisism is how upright the back back board is, didn't realise my previous one was slightly tilted which is nicer for the back.
Amazing service thou and very patient delivery with construction thrown in for free apparently!
